Hello everyone!
Our names are Ola and Krzyś, and we'd like to tell you about us and Przystanek Alpaka.
For a long time, we'd been thinking about "leaving it all" and escaping somewhere far away, where we could enjoy a harmonious life in harmony with nature, surrounded by greenery and animals. Masuria, Podlasie, or perhaps the Bieszczady Mountains? But isn't such nonsense reserved for weary corporate veterans? After all, we're only 25, entering adulthood, and already longing for the smell of hay and the sound of the wind? Maybe it's not the right time yet? Or perhaps this idea of rural idyll is completely flawed, and as born-and-bred city dwellers, we'll be fleeing it sooner than we think? Our longings were further fueled, however, when we visited Szyszyńskie Holendry near Konin, where we saw alpacas for the first time at Piotr and Marta's beautiful farm. That's when we knew alpacas were the answer! They stole our hearts immediately. Our delight was even greater when we saw Marta in action – an alpaca therapist who uses these beautiful creatures to help people.
And that's when the idea for Przystanek Alpaka was born. We live in Warsaw's Białołęka district – one of the last bastions of greenery in the capital where you can still see a grazing cow or horse. So why couldn't alpacas live here? So we grabbed saws, shovels, and hammers and, with a sweat of our brow, created our alpaca ranch in Białołęka – Przystanek Alpaka. In June 2018, the first alpacas arrived – Gucio, Chico, Wicherek, and Szeryf. So, for now, we're not leaving the city – we want to change it, give it a friendlier character. But this is just the beginning of the hard work. Przystanek Alpaka is created for you, and it wouldn't exist without you. We want it to be a vibrant place, full of smiles and joy, where you can recharge with positive energy in the company of alpacas. Alpacas are truly extraordinary creatures and deserve our love. We invite you to Przystanek Alpaka – our Alpaca Ranch in Warsaw's Białołęka district.
